The StoreOps of one of our locations using RMS is not saving the copy of printed receipts, no history of printed receipts (journal is empty). Anyone can help with this? Thanks !

The StoreOps of one of our locations using RMS is not saving the copy of printed receipts, no history of printed receipts (journal is empty). Anyone can help with this? Thanks !
Check to make sure that the option to 'Journal receipts from this printer' is set in the Register properties for that printer.
