Return Problem

Set the 'Return Limit' in the Cashier properties to 0.01.

thanks for your help Mr.Rob but stile I have problem with this option case if I set 'Limit Return' customer can not change item i need option to disable(block) only refund, and make it adjustment Qty from HQ after take approve from Operation Manager and Acount Departmint. Is there any way to doing this? and if I go to adjust this Refund what is the best step from worksheet:Adjust Qty or from store Physical Qty to adjust Value stock on GP

Are you saying that you want to allow the customer to EXCHANGE an item for another of exactly the same item but that you do NOT allow REFUNDS even for store credit?
