Keep your dongle and insted return the 2.0 CD and key card. I did.

Maybe if they get enough of them back it will hit home.

My personal opinion of Retail Pro is very poor. It is terribly expensive (compared with the competition), is very single task oriented (can't have register open while performing another task like running a report or checking in an order), it has no support for size/ color matrices, no support for serialized items. To be fair, though, the version that I last worked with was about 2 years old. THey may have made some improvements since then, but I couldn't say for sure.

I've worked with RMS, Retail Pro, and a product called CounterPoint. Personally, the latter is my preferred option. Check it out at:
