Occasionally, When scanning a bard-code or entering an item number with a s et price attribute and item detail forced, and after enter the price and th e item detail RMS POS loses focus of the transaction screen. The transactio n screen becomes unresponsive but the keyboard screen still active. The onl y why to work around this is to kill the task through task manager and rela unch POS again.
Anyone has the knowledge of why and how to fix?
