This has been observed after looking at RMS applications that it is not for real time operations. When we say real time, this means real time integration of RMS stores with the HQ. When any activity happens to the store operations, the HQ should be updated automatically. There is also no support centre of RMS where we can send queries. We normally solve our queries by our own for our clients and there is no such support from Microsoft. We are in a process to promote RMS in pakistan and we also are the intiater to introduce RMS in pakistani market but still facing lots of problem in terms of support.
