Round Down on a price of $4.99

Hello,

We run a 50% sales each week, since our pricing does not end in even number the system discount an item price at $4.99 to $2.15. We would like to pass on the 1 extra cent to our customer for a true 50% off with the discount being $2.15, instead of; $2.14 on our odd price items.

I have been looking into the Price Rounding Rules to see how to do this. Has any one else already encounter this in the past? How do you fix it?
