Is there a way to assign a sales rep to a particular item? I know that you can assign one to a customer, but I have a need to be able to do it for a few individual items. Thanks, Craig

Not automatically out of the box. It could be custom programmed to do so automatically. You can add a Sales Rep "manually" after the item has been added to the transaction.
