Sales Rep problems

A couple of problems I am having.

  1. I have setup security where a sales rep is req'd on each invoice. One of my reps starts an invoice using his rep code and saves the file (puts it on hold). He then recalls the file and adds to it but his rep code does not add onto the new items added to the invoice (even though he designated the proper rep code upon opening the invoice).
  2. I have read earlier that a different rep code can be assigned to each transaction line. How is this accomplished? Do I need a new invoice form and do I need to adjust my security settings? Thanks for your help.

Hi Robert, Which version you are using, I think you are not following the complete steps. Regarding putting the transaction on hold the system comes again back to make you new sales and for that it is asking you the new sales rep ID which works fine.

2nd Yes you can assinged to each line or all different sales rep or same sales rep. the only thing you need to do is that go to that line in the Sales Rep field and press F2 this will do line by line. However if you want to apply to all lines the one sales rep just press Shift+F8 this will automatically apply to all lines the single sales rep.
