Sales Tax Analysis Does Not Work

HI Everyone.

Here is the thing.

When I ran Sales Tax analysis report for february on rms 1.3 running on windows server 2003 and SQL, it gives me nothing ... like blank report page with all the columns but no data. When I run the report for January, it gives me the numbers but, it says sales tax collected = $ 409.91 , while other reports show that it is near $ 5212.43. I think there is an issue with Sales Tax Analysis table, or something like this. Can anyone suggest anything ? anybody had this kind of problem ? Thank you

Hi Ashot, Have you run any SQL Scripts to see what is in the Tax Table? Open Administrator and connect to your database, then go to Query and click on New and then copy and paste this script in the query window by using the Ctrl C and Ctrl V to paste. Select * from taxtotals

You should get all of the tax totals information and if you click on the colum heading Date it will arrange it to be order by date. You will need to make sure that your dates that you are looking for are there. If all of your information is correct then I would look to get a new Report for your Tax Analysis
