We are using version 1.3 and can change the sale and price A, B, & C but not the regular price. We tried using a percent and the profit margin but the results are weird. If you look at an item under database, the price looks correct but when you click on the item to open up the window the percent is all wrong and the price does not match....

The only way I know of to change the Price of an item is via a Worksheet. You could use Worksheet Style 304 and filter to your items for change (we like to use a filter of Description Contains (blank) followed by a space so as not to pick up another similar named item).
or
You could change the item Price within the actual Item Matrix under the attributes section, then issue a Worksheet Style 250. I think this one works, memory serving.
