Setting up GL accounts

I recently changed my chart of account and when I click on the retrieve button in the accounting setup to get the chart of accounts, it acts like it does something, but when I try and assign the GL accounts, the new accounts do not show up. Has anyone else found this? Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Well, everytime I have done this the new accounts have come through. The accounts are NOT sorted in any logical order that I've been able to find - your new accounts may just be hidden in the list instead of showing up at the beginning or end or in numeric order like you might expect...

Are you sure that you updated the same QB database that RMS is importing from? QB will allow you to have multiple store databases, but RMS is only linked to one of them. Try going into SO Manager, File/Configuration, Accounting Tab and reconnecting the QB Database. Remember that you need to have QB open and logged into the store database on the same machine as SO Manager for any of the imports or posting to work.
