Setting up New Matrix Items

I need to set up a large number of matrix stock items which have around 52*10 sub items to them.

1.How can i set these up so that the stock on hand reads zero on them all. 2.How can i set up the selling commision.

1. I need to set up a different cost price and selling price for sizes over

18 to 20 and sizes 22 to 28 how can i do this using the same master item number.

1. I am new to this system, so am I setting up my stock items correclty, we have a style reference for each gowns, these them have 52 different colours and 16 different sizes. i am using the style ref from the supplier for quick ref and then we are setting up the Component items as follows Dimension(1) Colour, Dimension(2) Sizes, which is given use 1 master and 520 single, so adjusting the stock on hand is taking far too long. Any help would be greatly appreciated
