The program completely shut down and will not open. I can't get in touch with anyone over the phone. What is wrong with it and how can I get it fixed?

What do you mean shut down and will not open?
Was there an error message? What happens when you try to open it? Do you just click the icon and nothing happens? Have you tried looking in task manager to see if it is still running in the background? Have you tried restarting the pc?

Bring up task manager and see if it's listed. If it is close it and you should then be able to restart. Craig
Do you just have POS or Store Ops as well? Which version are you running?
This sounds like either program corruption or maybe something wrong with the database. If you have another till you could try copying the program from it.
