Style: 307 Inv Adj

We have HQ v1.2 running over two stores locations. HQ is located with store 1 and store 2 is our remote location. When running a 307 for store 1, inventory is adjusted for both HQ and 1 and is properly reflected. When running a 307 for store 2, inventory is properly adjust and reflected for store 2, HOWEVER, HQ does not pickup the adjustment or any adjustment for that fact even though the 307 was initiated from HQ. Any advice?

Shane,

First, look in the worksheet log for that 307 and see what is says happened to it. (first icon on the top left of the worksheet status screen)

To maybe fix, try creating a 401 for that store only and backdating it to the date and time, just before or after, depending on what you find above, the 307 was run.

Shane,

Is this a new store?

Has it ever done a 401?

When you create a new store, the first 401 must be created manually. After that the HQ client schedules take over.

To create a schedule, HQ Manager | File | Maintenance Mode | Admin | Stores | Properties of the store | Connection Schedule tab and set it up to whatever you want. You will have to do another 401 for the changes to take effect at Store 2.

If a 401 fails for any reason at a particular store, the next scheduled 401 will not be created. This may have happened at some point - you could check the event log for that store in HQ Manager, or the Worksheet status to see if a 401 failed at some point. Other than that, like Jeff said, you have to create the first 401 for each new store - maybe that was never done...
