Synchronization of global clients

Hi, I have created a new store. The clients are being downloaded from the HQ little by little. How can I accelerate the process of client synchronization in the new store?

Hi Irene,

Configuring HQ for "Enable Global Customers" - only means that NEW customers added will be designated as Global. You also need to "convert" (or, FLAG) your existing customers as being GLOBAL before they actually become Global customers. This is done by issuing a SQL Query to change them. The command is "Update Customer SET GlobalCustomer = 1". Then, the next time a WS 401 is run all of your customers will be Global and will be reflected in the Store databases as well as in the HQ database.
