I have certain Items created only in stores but not in the HQ manager, how can items created at store level be oploaded to HQ Manager.

Jeff is correct. Though depending on the version of RMS I suggest you run WS101 and then 250 to download the new items to all store. If you do not do the WS101 on some versions of RMS Store it could create a duplicate entry if that item is alreday there with that ILC as it uses the HQID as criteria to create the item at store. In later versions of 1.2 and 1.3 this was fixed.
