I have an inventory item set up so that the price assigned cannot be changed at the point of sale. I have a tag along item assigned to this item, and in the tag along item's properties, I have it set to prompt the user for the price at the POS.
At the POS, when a cashier scans the first item, the price and extended price populate on the screen correctly, the tag along item gets added to the transaction and the price prompt comes up - however, after entering the price, the price on the item does not carry over to show the extended amount
- it still shows up as zero.
If the cashier deletes the tag along item that got added automatically and then manually adds it again, then it works fine.
Why is this happening???
