It does - but why is this happening... Is it a bug or did I do something wrong?

Hi Convoluted

Thanks for the reply - I guess I was just making sure that it wasn't something I was doing wrong.

You might also want to check your pricing options in SO Manager, File/Configuration. There are 3 options for setting the precedence of pricing - I can't remember the exact wording, but check there...

Hi Glenn

Thanks for the suggestions - tried changing the price level options in SO Manager, File/Configuration - still get the same results.

GC pricing works for a Regular customer with a Price level, but if customers has a PriceA level - turns the amount of GC to zero and I have the override price.

Must be a bug...
