security levels

I am trying to limit the access cashiers have to sales information by pressing F11 then returning/voiding and item, but I would still like them to have access to the layaway and hold functions of the F11:Recall button. Is it possible to set different security levels for each function of F11 by setting the program in security mode, pressing ctrl s and changing the security levels? (returns could still be processed through the ctrl F4 button) Thanks, Margie

Hi Pearl,

You use the Custom POS Buttons (as Internal Command). Here, you can create separate buttons for each function:

1) RecallHold 2) RecallLayaway 3) RecallQuote 4) RecallWorkOrder 5) PerformRecall
