I am having problems with RMS. I have a Samsung 350 printer using OPOS drivers and MANY times during or after a receipt prints, the RMS program locks up ("program not responding"). Sometimes I can just end the program and then open RMS back up and it works for a while. Other times, I must shut down the computer in order to get back into RMS. This happened a few months ago and so I reformatted the machine and reinstalled RMS, etc. and that solved the problem for a while. Now the problem is back and worse than ever. The lock-up happens up to 12 times a day. Any suggestions?
