Void transactions

Hi Jeff

First assign that cashier(s) to a security level, say security level 2, in store operations manager - database - cashiers - properties.

Then set the restriction in store operations POS by first setting "security mode" on by clicking on the grey button to the left of the F7 SET CUSTOMER button, then press F11 Recall, select RECALL A TRANSACTION FOR VOID, then in the date window, press CTRL-S, then click on both dates and the OK button, and check mark security level 2, so that any employeee assigned to security level two will not be able to change the date range or click OK, they will only be able to cancel the recall process.

You could also set the OK button on the date screen to "Disable Change". But not the Cancel button you want them to be able to cancel out.
