Three decimal places for selling price

We want to be able to sell an item for $.075 instead of $.80, we do not want it to round up because that would change the price of a box of 1000? of cable from $75 to $80. This would happen to about 1000 different SKU?s. I know that we can say the item is of type gasoline and manually set the three-decimal price in POS but then the cashier has to remember the quantity pricing since this only works for the base price and not in the quantity discount table. Is there any work around for this?

Does anybody have a HTML status bar that will allow you to show the pricing as you ring up the ticket.

We set "round option" for DINERS using $0.010 as rounding mask. We also had set Control Panel at 3 decimal places.

When cahiers tendered DINERS and rounding functionality adds up $0.005 then we got "DINERS cannot overtending" error message.

Please suggest me options to fix this trouble.
