Price Discounts

I'm running into a problem with item pricing at POS. I want the customer to get the lesser of the price level, discout % or sale price, which ever is lowest but not one plus the other. If the customer is set to a given price level and discounts are set in Manager/Configuration/Inventory to Prioritize by Quantity, level, sale and then buydown if the itme is on sale t a price lower than the customers level, the customer still gets the level pricing and not the lowest price, as it should.

Anyone have a fix for this?

Gary,

Did you try Minimum price?

From the Help file;

Price Calculation:

The method Store Operations will use to determine which item price to ring up on the POS transaction screen.

· Use Minimum Price: Considers the Quantity Discount, Level, Sale, and Buydown prices, and then calculates the price that is the lowest. · Use Level if it exists; otherwise, use minimum: Calculates the price based on the defined price level for the item. If the price level does not exist, Store Operations will use the Minimum price. · Prioritize in order of: quantity discount, level, sale, then buydown: Store Operations will use the quantity discount price. If no quantity discount exists, Store Operations automatically uses the price level. If no price level exists, Store Operations will use the sale price. If no sale price exists, Store Operations will use the Buydown price.
