Trying to chage screen size but CTRL F6 is gray out

I am trying to set the screen size on RMS 1.2 but the CTRL F6 is gray out. I am log in with a user that has change and admin rights.

Any suggestion ??

Sounds like Security Mode has been used to disable that key. You can see all of the currently active security settings in SO manager - File/Security/View if I remember correctly.
