If I upgrade from 1.3 to 1.3 refresh, I assume I will lose all of my receipts and templates unless I back up. However, will I lose my databases? Anything else I should be concerned with?

You must back up custom reports and receipt templates. the Database will be intact but as a precaution you should back that up also.

That's what I thought. I backed up the entire Store Operations folder, made a .bck backup, and will back up the mdf and ldf files in the SQL data folder.
I am doing this remotely, so I can't affort any issues. I assume I can just restore the Receipts, HTML and Reports folders and I will be back up and running. I am most worried about drivers, configuration, and especially printer output because I can't really see that remotely.
