I have taken over support of an RMS 1.3 system. The original reseller is long gone. Can I download the 1.3 refresh upgrade somewhere? (it seems Microsoft's site just keeps leading me back to paid support options or to contact my reseller). We need to move to SQL 2005 due to the size of our database and I've read that I need the 1.3 refresh to be fully compatible.

I do not think 1.3R is available anymore. The latest version is 2.0 (uses SQL Express) and I think the latest build is .0114. If you are a certified reseller, you can make the request through Partner Source. Also your customer will need to sign a change of VAR request. Lastly, I think your customer will have to purchase software maintenance to get Ver 2.0 and Microsoft policy states that they must pay a penalty if their old maintenance has lapsed. Although, I was told by my Scansource rep recently that the penalty has been waived for a period of time, to encourage users to "re-up" for support.
