Hi
Some store cannot see and use the vouchers they have created while they can be seen at the HQ.
Can some one please tell me what these stores are doing differently to stores that can see and use the vouchers they themselves have created.

RMS HQ does not support multi store Voucher's (gift cards). You can only do it properly with 3rd party software added or by processing credit/gift cards with MPS Mercury Payment Systems or Cynergy (formerly Abanco). Rule number one of RMS HQ is that items must be created at HQ Manager not the store database.
