Weighed Items and Alias 215xxxxxxxx

Hi, Wondering if anyone can help with this issue.

I have recently activated the option in Store Manager "Utilize random weight EAN codes" so I can integrate with another system. This has so far worked very well but I have now found a range of products that no longer scan at POS. These items have Alias beginning with 215 and are 13 digits in length. These are NOT weighed items which scanned perfectly up until I activated the Random Weight option.

My weighed items are setup as per documentation using th eformat

20XXXXX000000. I do not see any mention of weighed items beginning with 21 and am confused as to why this would happen.

My POS are running mostly on XP SP2 and RMS version is currently

2.0.0126

Has anyone come across this issue or have an idea how to resolve.
