I just install MSRMS and everything works fine until I do a z-out; it allows to do it but does not print. Any suggestions?

I just install MSRMS and everything works fine until I do a z-out; it allows to do it but does not print. Any suggestions?
Make sure that you have a receipt format selected for X and Z Reports.
