I want to track where my customers are comming from. is it possible to have RMS ask for a zip code before each sale? Thanks K.P.J.

You can set the configuration parameters that every sale is entered , a casheir must select a customer.In that way, you can track where your customer from...
try to explore this parameters... SO Manager|Configuration|Options|customer Options|Require customer selection for sales
