Hi,
I tried closing off my till today by printing a ZZ report, which we do every week. Today though, the ZZ closed the weekly batch, but didn't print it out to the printer or the journal. After printing the Z report, and error came up
- "Error: Unknown Transaction Type encountered". I would like to know if there is a way to retreive all of the data that the ZZ would have printed out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
