We just received QB 2010 Enterprise this week, and we are thinking of doing the upgrade from QB 2007. Has anyone installed 2010 yet, and are there any obvious problems?

I have 2010 premier but have not installed it yet. I have seen some reports of upgrade/installation problems but that is not unusual for a new release.
Take the usual precautions:
-disable your a/v and firewall software prior to installing the program.
-I usually do a disk clean up (delete temp, internet temp, recycle bin)
-install 2010 to a new folder rather than upgrading the existing program.
-make several backup copies of your 2007 file before restoring one of the backups in the 2010 program.
This leaves your original 2007 file & program intact in case you encounter problems in 2010.
