Upgrading QB 2007 5-User to QB Enterprise v10 10-User

We are about to upgrade QB 2007 5-User to QB Enterprise 10 10-User in a Windows 2003 Terminal Server environment. Are there any things I should be aware of that may trip up the upgrade? How much time should we allocate to this task, and what kinds of things can go wrong during install?

I would need a lot more info before hazarding a guess. Minimum would be your network setup, server firewall, payroll, online banking, number of clients to start.

Since all users login to a single terminal server computer and run locally on that computer, there is no file system access over the network.

The server firewall is Windows firewall, on the terminal server. Since Windows Firewall does not block any port connections that original and end on the computer where the firewall is installed, that should not be a factor either. We do not use Quickbooks payroll. We use the Quickbooks credit cards (both the old Citibank and newer product). We have probably 500 customer records, maybe 30 of which account for 90% of our business.
