when trying to send an invoice via e-mail MS Outlook is the default, but it not what I use for e-mailing. How do I change this to my default e-mail program to get rid of MS Outlook?

Right click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, click on properties. That should open up the Internet properties dialog box. Go to the Programs tab and you can select your default programs.
