yes i am trying to export customer data to a new company file and, unfortunatly, it doesn't seem that QB 2005 exports the "preferred payment method" from the old file. We have a lot of customer credit card info in that field and are very concerned that it is NOT being sent in the .IIF file.
I have hand-inspected the .IIF files and verified that the preferred payment info is *not* being exported...why? Does anyone have any help with this?
