Does anyone know how I can edit what prints on the stub portion of the paycheck?
Any help would be appreciated.

I am using Quickbooks Pro 2005.

All the relevant options are at: Edit, Preferences, Payroll and Employees, Company Preferences. If you don't see it there, you can't change it.
(Canadian version. Other countries may differ but I doubt it, in this regard.)
