Online Edition vs QB 2003 Pro

Because we are at two locations and because we have to upgrade, we are considering the online edition of QB. Anyone have pros and cons of the online edition? What if anything do you give up?

Purchase orders.

Banking integration.

Have you tried looking at the "Comparison" link on the quickbooks site? It's pretty clear.
