I created a new bank sub-account -- Balance Transfers [sub-account of Bank1]. This is the 4th sub-account of Bank1.
Every time I try to use that account -- deposit, transfer to that account -- I get a pop-up box that says "Account not found" and ask me whether I want to set up that account. -- even when I select that account from the dropdown list. I tried changing that account to "BalanceTransfer" and "Cr. Card Transfer". No use; still can't use that account.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Am I using "forbidden" words in the Account Name? Exceeds the limit of number of sub-accounts?
Why is it that I can setup the account; but can't use it?
