We just tried to convert our Quicken 2002 Home & Business files over to Quickbooks Pro 2005 and all our deposits in Quicken came up as invoices in QB, and all our checks in Quicken came up as credit memos in QB.
Cust. svc says I have to buy a service plan in order for them to help me with my problem. I wanted to see if anyone out here has seen anything like this before? Any solutions or possible causes of this problem?
