It's not like you have a choice.
I do have a choice, 2003 works just fine for the purpose I use it for.. I just generate invoices from inventory and receive payments...
Stick with 2003, no one here cares if you upgrade or not.
Well, lucky you.
Unless you know for sure that 2006 has a feature you can't do without, forget about it. It's a big pile of trash. You'll probably have to buy a new computer to run it and it still may force you to wait several minutes before it records an invoice or any other transaction.
=thanks for the info,,,, 2003 works just fine for me...\
I've trashed QB so much (deservingly so) that I have to repeat one potentially important point.
Probably the only major improvement in 2006 is that cash basis reports don't take 10 times as long to calculate as they did before, compared to accrual basis reports.
So for anyone that has a 100MB+ file and does a lot of cash basis reports it may be worth trying out 2006 just for this.

Allan, are you speechless?
I don't know what to say.
"Two frigs a-froggin' on a floatin' chunk with two dogs a-barkin' at 'em" comes to mind.
