- Buy a USB floppy drive for your new machine: ~.00.
- Copy the files via a network.
- Hire a 12-year-old.

A USB floppy drive would do the trick, however another way would be to get a pen/thumb/flash/jump USB drive. Assuming of course that your old pc has a usb port, you can transfer the files directly and small drives (128Mb or less) are REAL inexpensive.
