I have used Outlook to email my invoices for some time (very useful). Is it possible to do this via a gmail account or is it just Outlook/ Outlook Express TIA Steve
It is just Outlook and Outlook Express.
BUT...You can set up your gmail account to work as a normal POP3 account in Outlook or Outllook express. Go to your gmail account page and click on settings. Then click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. You must enable POP3 downloads first as well as configure your e-mail client to send/receive e-mail from this account.
