Has anyone tried to use this interface? EZ-Care is a data base software used by Nursery schools and day care providers. They advertise that their software is capable of interfacing with QuickBooks. the idea is that you can enter all your invoice and payment transactions once in EZ-care and then transfer this to QuickBooks. This avoids the need to enter the data twice, maintains A/R details in QuickBooks and allows the use of the printable deposit slip feature.
My client has purchased and paid addition support to EZ-Care but has had nothing but problems. What happens is that the invoices transfer to the children's names (sub customers to the parents) and the payments transfer the parents names. As a result the payments are not applied to the invoices and are never linked thus the AR summary report never reports the balance as paid but just grows and grows to infinity.
Does anyone have a work-around?
