Our accountant has remote access to our Quickbook files. Recently we noticed that what he saw in one file was diffrent than what we saw when we accessed the same file locally. We accessed the file remotely ourselves and found the same situation. Has anyone experienced this? Any recommendations?

Do a CTRL-1 while connected remotely and while connected locally. Compare the file names and locations. I'm willing to bet you are not opening the same file
