My accountant and I were working on the file today. He had a couple times where the program aborted, which I guessing that the common drive lost communication. I had signed into the program and it aborted.
When we tried to access the file, we received an error code -6138, -82 which stated that we do not have sufficient permissions to the specified folder. However, we were able to get into the four other files that we have.
I copied the file to my desk top to try it. The error that I receive now is error 800404c which is Failure to get file version information.
I have just finished FYE and cannot lose the data. I do have a back up from last night (as the server is automatic); however, I am trying not to redo a whole days worth of information as it is substantial.
Can anyone assist me?
