Toolbar missing after import from Windows version

This post is about: Pro 2007 for Macintosh

Don't know if this something that happened because our bookkeeper imports and exports our QB MAC 2007 file from her WINDOWS version but...

When we loaded a QB Mac 2006 and imported it into QB Mac 2007...

We can no longer open the tool bar!

We can get the thin grey line (with the company name on it) to appear, but there is no little button which opens the tool bar below it. We have no way to get the icons back.

This is limited to the one file (one company) that the bookkeeper loaded on to our mac after updating the file on her windows version...

Any ideas?

Call Intuit. Don't blame the bookkeeper as this has long been an advertised function of QB for Mac.

I have no faith in the function, as my experience is that of file corruption, in earlier Mac versions anyway.

There's no good reason for the problem to still exist but only Intuit can confirm.
