I have a question on what is happening and if I need to change the way the check pays off a credit card.
The problem is, when we go in to reconcile the credit card it creates a check and the memo on the check says VOID however the check is not voided in the register. We can remove the memo and print the check and mail it out but my question is, why is it placing VOID in the memo area and can I turn this off somewhere?
