A old new problem in Quicken Deluxe 2006

The old exclude internal transaction bug from 2004 is back with 2006.

In a budget report all transfers to internal accounts are shown whether Exclude Internal or Inclue All is seleted under Customize, Advanced, Transfers. For my experience this is a rather long list especially if the Non-Zero Actual/Budgeted option is selected under Categories.

Submitted a bug report, but if Intuit responds like they did in 2004, this won't be fixed until 2007.

I submitted a bug report early in the Q05 cycle, and here we still sit with the "bug". I quoted "bug" because it's more of an annoyance in my use than it is a bug. I notice it when I open up a full size Income/Expense graph from my home page snapshot graph. The snapshot version shows the data with an implicit "Exclude Internal" transfers, which is exactly how I want it to behave. But the full size graph that pops up defaults to Include All, which causes it to disagree with the snapshot graph I just launched it from. The workaround involves going into the report settings for the full size graph and changing to Exclude Internal. An extra step, and an annoyance. I would prefer they just allow the same report customizations for the snapshots that they do for fullsize graphs, then carry those forward when launching the fullsize. Not rocket science, but somebody inside Intuit needs to buy into it. Who knows how they operate inside or if they're even competent in their product management?
