Account Name Already In Use

I was trying to add a new Asset account to Quicken (Premier, 2013). When I entered the name it said the name was already in use. But it isn't. Not even a hidden account. It is possible I had an account with this name some years ago but it's been deleted. Even if that is true I have previously created, deleted and then recreated an account.

It's not a big deal. I picked a different name and was able to proceed, but does anyone have an explanation?
