Why doesn't Quicken 2011 work with Ally Bank?

I assume you are talking about One Step Update? That's because Intuit charges the banks a lot of money for this feature. Each bank has to decide whether it's worth it to their customers. Given the lack of interest in PC apps these days, my guess is that fewer and fewer banks will be interested.
